Review: Pipedream Products Fetish Fantasy Series Elite Universal Breathable Harness

While we really like the Menage a Trois Strap-on Harness Set, when it comes to pegging then I wanted something a little more comfortable and with a bit more control. I read good reviews for the Pipedream Products Fetish Fantasy Series Elite Universal Breathable Harness, and thought it looked like it would be worth a try.

So far, I've been happy with the Fantasy Elite. It is made of soft, comfortable fabric that doesn't rub or chafe uncomfortably against my skin; it's very adjustable, so that I can get a snug fit and proper positioning; and it works basically the way I expect it to. The side straps are wide, and almost the entire length is velcro—so this harness will accommodate almost every woman, from the most petite to a much fuller figure. The strap that goes between the legs is also adjustable (with snaps—smart, because imagine the way that velcro might rub you the wrong way down there!), and is much thinner.

The front of the harness, which holds a dildo or other insert, works great. There's a sort of "fly" or folded cloth behind it that will let you insert a dildo from the back, then cover it over so that it is not pressing directly against your skin. This is nice, and an improvement (for us) over other harnesses that allow bare contact—at least once using the Menage a Trois, for example, I found a saint, hickey-like mark on my belly from the suction cup of a dildo! At the same time, the Fantasy Elite holds a dildo firmly against the body (when the straps are properly adjusted), and gives good control for thrusting. The cloth is smooth and satiny, but I'm almost certain it is a synthetic material. It seems strong and durable.

Which brings me to a bit of an aside: one thing that ladies who are new to strap-ons will find is that it takes a bit of getting used to the motions of it all. At least for me, I wasn't used to swiveling my hips in the way that men do, and in the way that I must if I want to peg my hubby the way he expects me to do. I found that I was moving my whole body, instead of just my hips, and it was tiring me out. On the other hand, a friend who dances a lot told me that she finds the pelvic thrusting action very natural, because of her dancing experience—and thus finds wearing and using a strap-on to be something like a dance. So your mileage may vary, as they say, but it's something to keep in mind.

In use, this harness has been a great improvement for me, over the Menage a Trois: it is more comfortable, and it fits more closely  and snugly against my body without digging into my skin as the Menage a Trois straps sometimes do when I've cinched them down. I like how solidly a dildo is held against my pelvis; I feel like I have a good bit of control both in thrusting forward and pulling back.

We use water-based lubes mainly, so clean-up has been simple—even though any lube can leave some residue on cloth like this. I've just tossed it in the washer and hung it to dry; I don't know if you could put it in the dryer, but I treat it like my other "delicates." Coming out of the wash, it looks as good as new no matter how much lube (and other juices) have gotten on it! It seems like it is solidly made and built to last, but it's almost hard to believe that something for this price will take the punishment that we will give it for very long. I'm especially concerned about the durability of the synthetic cloth on the front.

I really like the Pipedream Products Fetish Fantasy Series Elite Universal Breathable Harness and, in rating it, give it four out of five "Os"—I reserve judgment on the fifth "O" until I see how it holds up over the long haul. (And if you like this review, check out all of My Reviews.)

Review: Pau Yuen Tong Balm

A while back, hubby came home with a little package of Pau Yuen Tong Balm. I didn't know what this stuff was, or what it was for; honestly, I wasn't very impressed with the package, or the quantity that had come with it (especially for the price).

Oh. My. God. Y'all! This stuff is amazing.

Let me tell you about this: a few hours before we have sex, hubby will put some of this (just a very tiny little bit) under the head of his cock. An hour later, he applies a little more. Then more an hour after that. From there, he's ready to go.

And go, and go, and go. Once I get him hard, he stays that way. This stuff gives him just the right amount of de-sensitization, along with some special oomph for a bit of extra stamina on top of it. Without any aids, hubby is usually good to go for at least 10–12 minutes of persistent action; apply the Tong Balm, though, and he's still rock-hard after 30 and sometimes 40 minutes of non-stop contact.

I don't know what's in this stuff—frankly, I don't really care. It hasn't caused him any trouble (though, as always, there's a risk for allergic reactions and other adverse side-effects, which anyone reading this review should take into consideration), and it doesn't have a distinct odor or taste—believe me, I would know! In fact, it seems to "linger" in his system, so that the next day he still has some remaining extra stamina even without re-application.

(One further note here: while my hubby hasn't tried this, one website recommended that re-application for several days in a row as instructed—which is 3–4 times at intervals before intercourse or other sexual activity—will build up an increase in stamina overall. I assume this means that, on the second day/night, hubby might last close to an hour, and on day three he would go longer!)

A couple of times, when I've felt especially randy, I encouraged hubby to put the Balm to use—my specific words on one occasion were, "I want you to wear me out in bed tonight." On these and other occasions, Tong Balm has given him the lasting power to do it; I'm exhausted (in the best ways) every time he uses this magic.

The little container that it comes in is very small, and you may at first wonder if you got a sample size for full price. Trust me, this will last a long, long time (no pun intended). We've had the one hubby bought for close to a year, and he hasn't even gone through half of it. For the money, it's one of the best investments we've ever made for our bedroom play.

Review: Menage a Trois Strap-on Harness set

My hubby and I have been enjoying the Sportsheets Menage a Trois Harness (with Dildo) for a while now. Let me tell you about it.

This harness is a simple set of straps which join (with snaps) at several rings in the front and back. It is very adjustable, and while the straps are pretty thin (about a half-inch wide), they aren't uncomfortable. Once you slide it on (like a thong), you can tighten the straps on the sides so that it fits snugly around your hips.

The rings are designed to hold a dildo, like all harnesses. it holds one tightly, and when I wear it I'm able to get a good bit of control for aiming the dildo where I want it to go. As dildo harnesses (for women) go,  it doesn't offer the most control or comfort, but it's perfectly acceptable as it is.

Here's where the fun starts, though—it's not just for women! The way the rings are configured in the front, it can accept TWO, um, objects. This opens up a variety of options for dildo/harness play!

When my husband wears it, his dick fits nicely in the lower ring; the ring doubles as a cock ring, so it gives him a bit more stamina as well (which my hubby doesn't particularly need, but we both certainly enjoy the extended time). Then he fits a dildo into the upper hole, which rests against his waist/pelvis, just like it would on a woman. Now he can penetrate me in both holes at once!

Let me tell you, this is a really wonderful feeling. The dildo that comes with it is also pretty good: realistic in shape, and not too big or small for either of us. As with all dildos, your mileage may vary—but the good news is that the Menage a Trois harness can accept any standard-base dildo, so try whatever one you want. Needless to say, we've had a lot of fun with the Menage a Trois harness. I highly recommend it; in my personal rating system, I give it 4 out of 5 "Os" with marks off for the narrow straps.

Dave’s office had a window that overlooked the pool of cubicles, and as she approached she saw him sitting at his desk. A perfunctory knock yielded an abrupt “come in” and she walked in and sat across from him. Angie had worked for Dave for over a year, and this was a familiar routine.

“How’s everything going, Angie?”

She filled him in briefly—last week had been good, no real surprises; she had spent the weekend visiting friends and, on Saturday and Sunday nights, hitting a couple of clubs. Nothing much to report personally, but Dave liked to start with small talk and make sure that his employees were fine, as far as off-the-clock things went.

“How about you? Anything special over the weekend?”

“Oh, nothing much. My son had a baseball game that we went to. Other than that, it was hanging around the house and piddling around; Sheryll took the kids out after the game, and I barely saw any of them for the rest of the weekend.”

Angie nodded. She knew that Dave’s marriage was like so many that she knew: they had fallen into such a routine of life that there was hardly a relationship to sustain, but neither was there any real animosity—and the trouble of divorcing and finding a new rut to follow was too much of an inconvenience to bother. It was marriages like Dave’s that made her relieved that she wasn’t married, or even seeing someone seriously. He had gotten a little handsy with Angie at the New Years’ Eve party last winter, but nothing really came of it; at any rate, both of them had been drinking a little too much and he didn’t seem to have a clear memory of it when she made a veiled reference to it in a casual conversation a week later.

They talked about her work, and the clients she had helped in the last week; then they set some goals together for what the coming week might hold. She began to rise, thinking they were done, when Dave stopped her.

“Oh, there’s one more thing: Don from the headquarters in Phoenix is coming down again today. I’m not sure when he’ll get here—probably in time for lunch—but when he comes, would you mind sitting down with both of us for a few minutes? It won’t take long.”

Okay, okay... so I'm not very good at posting regularly. Sorry!
